Black Berry has set up its server in Mumbai due to pressure from the State Government to provide a mechanism for lawful interception of its messenger services. The server has been inspected by a tem of officers and permission for direct linkage will be issued shortly, during the high level meeting the government has informed RIM officials to install the servers immediately.
