The Institute of company secretaries of India (ICSI) has launched a new syllabus for the CS foundation programme from these month onwards. The ICSI a national professional body which was established by act of parliament to develop and regulate the profession of company secretaries which now consists of four papers like Business environment and entrepreneurship, Business management, Ethics and other subjects.
