Snapdeal the country’s largest online retailers and group buying portal is ready to acquire an e-commerce company. The company which raised 40 million dollars last year in one of the biggest fundraising deals by an e-commerce firm wants to buy small and mid size portals that will allow it to expand beyond the group buying space.
