Yahoo India has requested Delhi court the suit against them was motivated and wants to be dismissed. Yahoo India has filed a statement in the court pleading the court to reject the suits.
Earlier the Delhi Court has directed 21 social networking sites in india to remove objectionable content from their web pages or else face the trial. The honorable Judge has given 15 days time for filing the statements in the court.
